While the vast majority of CC subscribers do use the most recent versions of the apps, there are undoubtedly some folks who will be impacted. If you have more questions, Adobe encourages you to head to the Contact Us page, and click on the Chat bot on the bottom right hand corner, click on Downloading or Installing, then type Agent. If you need to download a copy of older software purchased directly from Adobe, you can do that here (have your Adobe ID handy). Adobe is not removing software purchased with perpetual licenses. If you bought CS6 and have a serial number, you can keep using it. For example, CS6 still launches on my computer (but it seems a bit nervous).
But at this point, it does not appear that they are being automatically deleted from users machines. What About CS6?ĬS6 apps are no longer available through a Creative Cloud membership. If you put on your version number decoder ring, that translates to CC 2019 and CC 2018. Only versions 14 and 13 are now available.
